Love Kupcakes, Inc.

I had met with I Love Kupcakes prior to commissioning them. I wanted their cupcakes because they are delicious. I asked for a difficult design that the artist felt she could do. Apparently, she left the company at some point. I was not notified that the design might be an issue. What showed up as my cake was nothing like I expected, nor what I wanted. Everyone said the cake looked great, but I should have been able to make a decision as to whether or not the look was something I wanted to risk on an unsure person. Alternatively, the cakes were absolutely delicious!
