When I first got engaged I thought that I didn’t need a wedding planner.  I was so excited about all the details and I had a massive spreadsheet with the vendors that I was hoping to connect with.  I soon realized how wrong I was!  The organization of a wedding is complex and time consuming. Having Cassie, a very experienced and professional wedding planner, guide us through this process was invaluable.  There are many pieces of this wedding that I would have left to the last minute without Cassie’s guidance.  The signage, linens, seating chart, flowers, invitations etc.  were all given Cassie’s touches.  Having all of the wedding information compiled in aisle planner was also very helpful as it allowed my fiancée and me, as well as our parents, to stay on the same page.  Above all, it was so helpful to have Cassie’s help throughout the week of the wedding.  Making decisions about whether or not we should utilize our rain plan and having Cassie there to keep all of our vendors on the same page took a huge layer of stress away for us.  On the wedding day itself it was calming to know that I could relax with my bridesmaids while Cassie and her team made sure that everything was set up perfectly. Book Olive and Co. right away! You won't regret it!

I could not have had my wedding without Cassie. Anyone who is hesitating about hiring a planner in general - do it. Anyone thinking about hiring Olive & Co. - do it. It was the single best decision I made for our wedding. Our November 2023 wedding was planned in less than 10 months, and we hired Cassie in March, so there was only 8 months to make this thing happen. We hired Olive & Co. specifically for design and day-of coordination - so a step below full service, but she went above and beyond, providing us with support every step of the way. Even during her own maternity leave, she was there for us. I'm a super organized bride, and I had a distinct vision for my wedding. I even do event planning for work. But I'm not in the wedding industry, and my style is very busy and bold, so I needed someone to help me navigate the industry, refine my choices, and call out obstacles. Cassie helped me through three rounds of design drafts, refining every single detail so that my vision would be executed in exactly the way I pictured. She found the perfect vendors (um, look at that cake! From Bear Brook Bakery btw, check them out too!), handled the rentals, and organized all the details. She even met me at the venue to hold table linen samples up to the carpet and see which ones looked best. Then we went to Peak and she sat through 100 different charger-and-linen-and-napkin combinations with me and my mother. I'm THAT bride, and Cassie was a trooper and so supportive through the whole thing. In the months leading up to the wedding, she handled vendor communication, kept me on track with payments, dealt with seating charts, navigated the venues every-changing staffing, scheduled all the deliveries, handled any emergencies that came up, and created a schedule that made our day run smoothly. When FedEx lost our menus less than a week before the wedding, she got them printed locally in 2 days. She had a newborn baby, a broken arm (!!), and was still onsite with us the whole weekend, working crazy hours to help our vision come to life. When I walked into the ballroom after 8 months of planning and 33 years of dreaming, I cried. It was so beautiful - everything I dreamed of and more. Every single detail was perfect, nothing was missed. Guests told me it was the single most beautiful wedding they've ever been to. And not to toot our own horns, but it really was the most gorgeous wedding I've seen. Thank you to Cassie, Marissa, and the whole team at Olive & Co. for making our day unforgettable. Cassie at Olive & Co. was absolutely amazing with bringing our September 2023 wedding vision to life. After having an initial meeting with another planning vendor, when we then met with Cassie for the first time in September 2021, we knew immediately that we wanted to work with her and her team! She was very professional and organized with a proposal ready to share with us and really took the time to get to know us as a couple. Throughout our 2 year long engagement, Cassie remained attentive to our wedding day planning with periodic check ins and with keeping us on task. She truly was our boots on the ground which was hugely helpful to us as a couple planning our day from out of state. During this longer planning period, we were able to bring up questions and ideas with Cassie knowing she would respond quickly, never making us feel that it was some detail too small or too early to talk about. To top it all off, Cassie still led our wedding day even after becoming a new mom just a couple weeks before. We can’t recommend Cassie enough for going the extra mile on so many occasions during our planning and making this such a special weekend that we will cherish forever.

Cassie and the O&Co team are worth their weight in gold! We worked with Cassie and Marissa for nearly 18 months in the lead-up to our wedding weekend, and we are so grateful for all that they did for us. They are true experts in wedding design and execution, and they are connected with so many amazing vendors that can serve a range of budgets. They are friendly, responsible, organized, and professional, and they were able to adapt and respond to any situation that came up for us. For example, we had a last minute vendor cancelation that Cassie and Marissa were able to remedy nearly immediately - they quickly sourced a new vendor within our final weeks and got them up to speed instantly so that the event went without a single hiccup. Our friends and family even commented on how seamless and well organized our wedding events were. You will truly be in great hands with any member of the O&Co team - we would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We had pleasure of working with Cassie for our August 2023 wedding, and cannot recommend her enough! Through every step of the planning process, the Olive & Co team was absolutely amazing to work with. From budgeting to design work, and everything in between, Cassie made the planning so smooth and fun. Cassie was extremely communicative and well organized. During our wedding weekend, Cassie did the most incredible job of making sure everything came together perfectly. Not only is Cassie a true professional, but her kind and sweet attitude makes her a delight to work with! Our wedding was the best day of our lives, and we couldn’t have pulled it off without Cassie!

Cassie and her team were amazing planning our July 2023 wedding at the Ocean Gateway in Portland. There were some things we had a vision about, but many things we did not, and we never would have been able to get through those things we did not without the expert guidance from Olive and Co! Cassie and team helped us understand what details we could omit if we weren't into them and what details would elevate our wedding from a good wedding to one that our guests would call "the best wedding ever" (they did!!) She helped us bring our vision to life of utilizing the Narrow Gauge railway to transport our guests between our ceremony on the Eastern Prom and the Ocean Gateway, and she made the Ocean Gateway look absolutely stunning. Cassie also came in clutch day of when I suddenly got really hungry RIGHT before the ceremony - she made a banana appear seemingly out of nowhere and I will forever be grateful for that! :) Working with Cassie from our initial call to the wedding day made what could have been a stressful process incredibly fun and you should absolutely work with her and her team!

I struggled to write this review because it is hard to find the words for how incredible Cassie and Olive & Co were throughout our entire wedding planning experience. They were there every step along the way - from the initial phone call where we just knew they were the team to us, through vendor selection, planning and design ideation, to troubleshooting. Her team went beyond that though - making everything personal and special for us along the way. Whether it was hand written notes from Cassie, simple text messages of encouragement, or standing with her before I walked down the aisle. Cassie and her team helped us with the perfect wedding weekend - a three day event on the coast of Maine that went off without a hitch. Cassie and her team were strong and talented at every element one could imagine - her design ideas were wonderful and she was always open to adapting to new ones, her logistics and coordination were always ahead of the game and well thought out, and the team went over and above in the weeks leading up to the weekend. I could not recommend her team more and will always be thankful that they were a part of our day.

The team at Olive and Co. was incredible and I could not recommend them enough! We initially met with Cassie and then worked with Sarah leading up to our wedding. We had hired them to help with the day-of coordination of our wedding and Sarah did so much more than that. Sarah helped us work through the stressful moments our our wedding, with great suggestions and even just offering a calming presence. I cannot recommend Olive and Co. enough!

Olive and Co. was SO helpful leading up to the wedding and on the day. They made our day run smooth and kept us relaxed, so we could enjoy every minute. If you are thinking about a wedding coordinator, do it and choose Olive and Co. You will not regret it!! Ashley and Cassie were amazing and so sweet, they just fit right in with us during the day! I don't think our wedding day would have been as amazing if we didn't have Olive and Co!!

The benefit of working with Olive & Co. for a Maine wedding is that they know the magic of Maine intimately. Cassie connected us with wonderful vendors who helped bring our vibrant vision to life. We were also so grateful to have Becca and her crew on our wedding day. They made sure everything went smoothly and helped us make some tough decisions that weekend when the weather changed on us!

Cassie and her team were absolutely amazing! Our wedding took place on an island in Maine, presenting its own challenges. Throughout the process, Cassie and her team were prepared and ready to assist in any way they could. In addition to showing kindness and flexibility, their team also displayed composure and attention to detail. I could not recommend them more.

Olive and Co. Events went above and beyond to make sure we had the most perfect wedding weekend. We weren't worried about a thing because we felt confident that Cassie and Becca had everything handled. Having these wonderful humans assisting in the wedding planning process was also such a weight lifted off our shoulders! I always felt calm and reassured after every phone call with them! 10/10 recommend Olive and Co as your wedding planner.

We LOVED working with Olive and Co. Cassie and Becca did the most amazing job with our summer wedding. From designing an incredible vision for the day that felt perfectly like us, to being available for our seemingly unlimited requests/questions, to checking every detail personally at the venue before the day, to making sure that the day went off beautifully, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We got married on a farm where literally everything needed to be brought in. Cassie and Becca coordinated and were there for every vendor’s delivery/installation, and we didn’t even have to think about any of the installation because it was already handled by them. By the end of our year of planning, it felt like they could read our minds and predict our needs before we knew them. On the day, we didn’t have a care in the world because we trusted Becca and Cassie so much. No matter what, they were kind, calm, professional, and supportive. They really made our wedding perfect, and we will forever be thankful for them. If you are looking for a planner, Cassie and Becca are the best around!!!!

Cassie and her entire team were so wonderful right from the beginning. We picked Olive & Co. because of the warm energy we felt from their website and because our dog's name is Olive. And we truly felt like serendipity was at play from day one. We got engaged in March 2020 and I had big dreams of getting married in November 2020- not an easy feat given how busy this season became. Cassie and her team made all those hopes and visions not only come to life but held our hands throughout the entire journey. From budget planning (a HUGE help) in the beginning, to sourcing vendors, to coming up with designs, and knowing all the big and little questions to ask to prepare us. And then of course all the last minute changes or speed bumps; she was right there to navigate them all. Then on our big day she and her team just pulled all of the pieces together to create a true work of art and a day we will treasure forever. We truly could not be happier with the help and guidance Olive & Co. gave us. Working with Cassie was the easiest and best decision we could have ever made and her calm demeanor and clear organization was integral to our wedding day success. While we don't plan on having any more weddings (maybe a vow renewal!), we absolutely know who we will call for any big events or planning needs in our future.

I cannot recommend working with Becca & Cassie more highly. I planned a wedding in less than two months thanks to their incredible support as a non-Maine resident, and our day was flawless and beautiful, and just what we wanted. They helped us navigate tricky budget & vendor issues with aplomb and kept me on track through it all, despite a very demanding day job. Becca & Cassie are true professionals, consistent, timely, organized, and have amazing relationships with all the Portland area vendors you'll need to work with. In addition, they are both a delight. Olive & Co is the absolute best!

Simply put, we had our dream wedding without hiccups because of Cassie and the whole Olive&Co team. We got married on Peaks Island, what some might consider a logistical nightmare, but Cassie was never phased and everything went smoothly. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable from the moment you meet them. We were budget conscious but this was the sole best use of funds during the wedding planning process. We lived in North Carolina and rarely visited Maine but having Olive and Co there with local knowledge, sourcing and managing vendors was priceless. Additionally, their attention detail saved us thousands of dollars during the final weeks when our minds were pre-occupied. In summary, they felt like family and we could not have had a better experience. You are in good hands with Cassie and Olive&Co.

We're so glad that we hired Olive and Co for our wedding. From supporting us as we figured out the vibe we wanted to managing the tiniest of details on the wedding day itself, Cassie was thoughtful and patient and kind and she made the process so much easier. We expected wedding planning to be a stressful time, but thanks to the Olive and Co team, those concerns were unfounded.

Cassie and Becca are absolutely exceptional. They worked incredibly hard and navigated us through planning a wedding while we lived on the west coast. Our wedding felt perfect in every way thanks to Olive & Co. They listened closely to what we wanted, despite us changing our minds a couple of times on what we wanted, and brought it to life. There are a lot of wedding planners out there. But if you want a 5 star wedding that will rock all of your expectations choose Olive & co.

The Olive and Co team killed it! They were so helpful, timely, responsive and just really nice people. I cant imagine having a wedding without them. 10/5 stars!!!!!!!

Hiring Olive and Co was beyond helpful in our wedding planning process. Becca and her team know exactly which questions to ask and are always thinking steps ahead. Becca was extremely friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. Beyond that, she was an extremely knowledgeable and experienced wedding planner. It was so beneficial for us to be able to rely on her expertise throughout the wedding planning process. Would 100% recommend working with her to other couples getting married in Maine!!

Cassie and Becca are so wonderful. They planned a perfect wedding representing both me and my husband’s culture (I’m Chinese) and they made the wedding day stress-free. Becca has been so patient with me throughout the entire process (I forgot several due dates…). My husband and I didn’t not know what we really wanted at the beginning of the preparation, but Cassie and Becca helped us find a great concept and a very beautiful color pattern scheme. Their communication skills were on point and we did not have to worry about anything with the vendors. Cassie & Becca, I do not even have words to express my gratitude towards you and your team for making our wedding weekend more than I could have ever imagined! We partnered with Olive and Co. roughly three months before our May wedding because our venues event planner had left the company... At the time, the venue was unsure if they were going to find someone in time for our wedding. With our four day events being the first of the season, we were extremely concerned that the vision that I had planned for a year would not come to life. One morning, my mom and I were online looking for wedding planners and getting in touch with our vendors to see if they had anyone that they recommended (shout out to Christine from York Flower Shop for having the best contacts!) - then was the phone call to Cassie. It was an early morning and Cassie was on the road and she called back within the hour to say that 1) her and her team was surprisingly available for our weekend and 2) she would be happy to work with us! After our first phone call, I knew that we were in the greatest hands. Cassie was there for me through everything - the good, the bad, the messy, the anxious tears, and the happy tears. She took my vision and ran with it and turned it into something that I could not have even dreamed of! Not only did Cassie & Becca go above and beyond for us, I felt as though they were just a part of the family and the enjoyment that came from our day(s). Choosing Cassie and her team to help plan and coordinate our wedding was the best decision we made for our event! She made the process feel easy and seamless, and took much of the wedding stress off of me and my family. Cassie and Becca were truly incredible to work with, as they always had a positive attitude and creative ideas to make our wedding come to life. Olive and Co were our wedding planners for our fall 2021 wedding and we cannot say enough wonderful things about Cassie and her team! They were incredibly professional, attentive, thoughtful and made the whole process so easy and fun. When we were planning the wedding, we had a number of difficult circumstances: there was a global pandemic, we weren’t currently living in Maine, and we have a perhaps non-traditional family situation (we have three kids and the bride had been widowed previously) – and Cassie and her team handled everything with grace, thoughtfulness and amazing attention to detail. Our guests were amazed at our wedding…and so were we! Every single detail was perfect, and we honestly had a dream wedding. So many people said the same thing, so it wasn’t just us that thought this. Cassie is also such an incredible human being who was so kind to us as we tried to navigate tricky logistics, something that we cannot thank her enough for. There quite literally cannot be a better wedding planner in the entire country. We’d recommend her to anyone!

Cassie and the team at Olive and Co were hands down the reason our wedding day was such a lovely and enjoyable event for everyone involved- from myself, my husband and our parents who had been planning for months, to our guests who got to experience a seamless and elegant event! We had Cassie as our planner for our wedding that was originally scheduled for Fall 2020. Covid aside, Cassie made it a priority to get to know us as a couple and the background of our relationship. This made us feel like we were working with someone who was more of a close friend than just another vendor. Cassie helped us through various vendor selections, giving her perspective all the way along. Then when covid came along, Cassie was there to help us with all the rescheduling and reassuring us along the way that she would be there ensuring our rescheduled wedding would go smoothly. Finally on the rescheduled day, Cassie was extremely essentially in setting up, coordinating with vendors, and tearing down our event. We were so thankful to not have to worry about any of the day of details, and Cassie handled everything so well and professionally that our entire day was seamless. We would highly recommend Cassie to any couple looking for a hard working, friendly, and experienced wedding planner!

Cassie is a total rockstar! We hired her as a day-of coordinator and could not have been happier with her services. Cassie checked in with us throughout the year to make sure we stayed organized and on top of all our of tasks, and brought to light many questions we had not even considered. When it came to our big day, her and her team were on top of every single detail for our 200-person wedding. Her execution of our schedule and program was flawless, and her creative discretion with our wedding signage and collateral was spot-on. She made it so easy for us to enjoy our big day because she was always a step ahead and already had everything taken care of. Olive and Co. made our wedding dreams a reality!! We did the partial planning option, which was perfect for us. We were able to plan some parts of the wedding, but Olive and Co. really helped with all of the details and with everything the month and day of. From the first call with Cassie, we knew we could trust her and we were so right!! Her attention to detail, listening/communication skills and ability to make us secure throughout the process was unmatched. Mattie was there the day of our wedding and she was just as amazing as Cassie!! She stayed calm and made sure every little detail was just as planned. Our wedding really was absolutely perfect and we know we could not have done it without Cassie and Mattie!

Olive and Co. helped make our wedding dreams a reality! We spoke to coordinators early-on in the planning process who made us feel like we would be low on their priority list if we didn't use them for partial or full planning, but Olive and Co. made us feel like they truly cared about our wedding and would provide attention and support no matter what - and that's exactly what happened! We used them for day-of coordination ("event management"), but they were instrumental in getting us through the entire planning process. We live in Colorado and were a bit overwhelmed planning a Maine wedding, but Cassie and Mattie were able to answer all of our questions and help guide us in the right direction. Mattie and Steph were rockstars the day of the wedding and made us feel so relaxed and taken care of. We didn't worry about a single thing all day because Mattie had taken extra care to have several Zoom calls with us before the big day to make sure the team knew everything we wanted. I would highly recommend getting at least a day-of coordinator for your wedding to help you worry less and enjoy your day, and Olive and Co. is one of the best Maine has to offer!

When I started planning my wedding, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted until I got down to the details. I began to feel stuck and reached out to Olive and Co., and meet with Cassie. She helped my overwhelmed mind and turned my wedding into exactly what I envisioned! Cassie makes you feel like you are the only wedding she is planning, which is truly an amazing accomplishment. I would see her instagram and remember she had other lovely weddings going on at that same moment ! I had a wedding venue that required all outside vendors and lots of coordination. Guests commented on how seamless and flawless my wedding went, and I can say for certainty it was because of Cassie! She doesn't miss a detail. Becca was also amazing, super helpful and easy to work with. They would both reply promptly and if they didn't know the answer, they were sure to find out. Cassie and Olive & Co. was the perfect choice for our wedding! We live in Texas and got married in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Needless to say, I had absolutely no clue where to begin to plan our wedding from that far away. I was lost & overwhelmed thinking about such a daunting task. The first time we met Cassie, I instantly knew she would be the perfect fit for us. She did an amazing job capturing all of our ideas and dreams and turning them into a reality. Our wedding day was stunning and flawless thanks to Cassie and her organized, detail oriented personality. I truly cannot recommend her enough!

I cannot recommend Cassie highly enough! She is kind, organized, communicative, resourceful, flexible, and has incredible vision for the big picture down to the tiniest details. I worked with her for my 2020 wedding and we planned together for almost an entire year. She equipped me with planning tools, layouts, and other curated resources, plus an impressive network of vendors in the area. She made herself available for in-person and virtual visits, and always added a calming, steady presence to offset my sometimes frenetic planning approach :) She also reached out immediately when state COVID guidelines impacted our wedding day, and was with us every step of the way as we figured out a new game plan. Cassie is an absolute godsend and a must-hire for your wedding!

We could not have pulled off such a perfect day without Cassie. Not enough can be said about her professionalism and genuine kindness. As someone who felt very confident in my vision and my DIY abilities, I went back and forth on getting a planner/coordinator. I am so, so glad I decided to book Cassie! There are so many things you don’t know to think about and planning became overwhelming very quickly. She kept us focused and on schedule the whole way, took the stress out of many tasks, and made the overall experience so enjoyable. She dealt with a vendor who was not great at communicating, handled a rental mishap day-of without us even noticing anything was wrong, and even got our dessert donuts the night before and kept them at her house! Our parents and even the venue owners could not stop talking about how amazing Cassie was and how perfect the day went. We can’t thank her enough :)

It’s tough to even say just how excellent Cassie is. We always knew Maine would be the spot for our wedding, but living in New York with jobs that keep us at the office all night made planning sound stressful and near impossible. We interviewed about five planners and based on Cassie’s aesthetic, her warm personality and modern, tech-forward approach, she was our pick. And did we get lucky! We did not pose an easy task either, with buses, boats and islands, the logistics were challenging and the risks were high. Cassie never made us feel like our vision wasn’t possible and we trusted her until the very end which gave us the most perfect weekend of our lives and our families lives. The day of our wedding every vendor we spoke to was well briefed and we could tell they had spoken to Cassie. Our family now jokes when amazing things happen that Cassie must still be working. Thank you to her and her team for their amazing work and don’t even stop and think before hiring them. Just do it!

I was lucky I didn't have to do a search for a wedding planner for my June New Hampshire wedding, because we already knew Cassie was it! Cassie helped pull off my sister's wedding in Portland, ME a couple years ago and I knew from the moment I started planning mine that I would need her help to. As the maid of honor in my sister's wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy the day more than I ever imagined I would be able to because Cassie literally thought of everything and was always one step ahead. She was seamless in making everything run smoothly. Fast forward to my wedding- I needed a lot of help getting my wedding vision out of my head and on to paper. I knew what I wanted but didn't really know how to make it happen. Cassie helped me organize my ideas into one beautiful vision. She helped me navigate decisions, narrow down my ideas, and materialize my thoughts. When I was trying to make cost decisions, Cassie really helped guide me in deciding what would be worth letting go of and what I would find value in spending the extra money on. It gave me so much confidence to rely on her expertise! I will never forget walking through the tent on my way to the ceremony, and standing with my dad just before walking down the aisle- looking around and crying because literally my wedding was everything I could have ever dreamed of. In terms of event flow and organization- my wedding venue was very DIY, and I would have been lost without Cassie. Her timeline was spot on, she handled the minor curveballs before they even became a problem, and she kept me on track... it's easy to get distracted on your wedding day and forget where your supposed to be! Cassie was also a great support to my family, I know it was a relief for them knowing that she had everything under control and they could enjoy themselves. She and Maddie also did so much set up and takedown, which was a great thing not to have to worry about. I could go on forever about everything Cassie did to make my wedding happen. I already told her I wish I could get married again and again (to the same guy of course!) just because it was the most incredible day ever. I think one of Cassie's greatest strengths is her versatility in wedding planning- she can do as much or as little as you need and be as hands off or as hands on as you want. I appreciated the extra help with certain things and felt like I could handle others on my own, and Cassie was totally cool with that. I appreciated that Cassie recognizes wedding planning isn't a "one size fits all" and is able to customize it to your needs as your needs evolve throughout the process. Happy planning!

I spoke with maybe 5 planners and everyone had great reviews, but something in my gut told me to hire Cassie and boy am I glad we did. It is probably the single best decision we made about our wedding day. We had several meetings leading up to our wedding - some virtual on Google Hangout and one in person at our venue. They were always extremely helpful in working through the details of the event and any of the big or small decisions that we had to make. Cassie was always prepared for our calls with the things she wanted to run through, took detailed notes, and provided great direction for me to continue moving forward with the planning elements I was working on. Every time we met, including our rehearsal, I was so impressed with how thorough she was and the things she would think of that we never would have. It ensured every little detail was accounted for ahead of time. The day of the event, Cassie and Mattie were just a dream. My husband and I (and our families) were able to relax and enjoy the day and didn’t have to think about or take care of a single thing. They were on top of everything. My mother and mother in law have both mentioned so many times since the wedding how amazing they were. From organizing all of the other vendors and executing on the decisions we had made…..to setting up and breaking down the venue…it was just all done and done extremely well. Cassie even thought of the little things, like grabbing our seating place cards that said bride and groom and tucking them away for us to save as a keepsake. I want to throw another big party of some kind just so I can work with Cassie again.

Cassie was the cornerstone in our wedding day running smoothly and I honestly could not imagine the day being as perfect without her! My mom had originally found and booked with Cassie, and after speaking with her on the phone the first time I knew that I felt comfortable and confident in working with her. Other than being so personable and down to earth, I loved how Cassie truly listened to what our vision was and helped to execute with us the day of. My husband had a few details he felt strongly on, and it meant alot that Cassie took his ideas and came up with solutions on how we could orchestrate them day of. The venue we booked included the space itself and some furniture, and Cassie not only provided support and organization the day of, but help with vendors, timeline, and details I had not even considered. Whether you need more day of coordination or complete planning Cassie's work is stunning, thorough, and intentional.

My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about Cassie; book her immediately!! Cassie helped with the day of coordination of our non-traditional wedding. We had a lot of moving parts and many things to orchestrate and Cassie absolutely crushed every last detail. We also had an unexpected no show in one of our furniture rentals and Cassie was able to seamlessly handle it so that we had no idea it happened until she politely informed us the day after. It was incredible to work with someone so professional and thoughtful; we are so thankful to have worked with her.

We hired Cassie as two people that could have organized things ourselves but knew we probably needed an external day of coordinator if we wanted to be able to be fully present our wedding. Cassie met with us several times before the big day (once closing out a coffee shop!) and eagerly listened to, took notes on, and asked thoughtful questions about all of our big/alternative plans for our day. It was such a pleasure working with Cassie! Her calm, sweet and polite demeanor is what set her apart right away for me. She was so well prepared with questions on our initial call, it immediately calmed me. I had a few other calls with planners and they were just all over the place with their questions and services and it was super overwhelming. Not Cassie, she knows what she is doing! That also comes from a fellow event planner. I was confident in hiring Cassie to be my weekend of coordinator after that first phone call. Even though I only hired Cassie for weekend of, she was always willing to answer any questions and emails I sent her way through the process. I managed booking all my vendors and creating my vision but I needed Cassie's help the weekend of and she killed it! It was such a smooth transition from my planning to hers. She took over a few weeks out from the wedding and began to reach out to all my vendors, created a timeline which was a HUGE help and stress off my shoulders. Communicated this timeline and move in schedule with all the vendors and also made sure I did everything I needed to do before the big weekend. Our last call, just like our first, she was prepared with all the questions around the little details, making sure I was ready to go. She won't let you forget anything :) On the day of she was incredible! I literally did not worry about one detail. She had it so covered. Every step of the day she was there, prepared and making sure the wedding was running on schedule. She also has great style and such an eye for decor. She put out all my decor better than I could have! I honestly can not thank Cassie enough for helping me have such a stress free, beautiful day of getting ready and spending time with my girls. I would recommend Cassie to anyone!

Life is crazy and I didn’t get to sharing my thoughts on Cassie Fier of Doting and Details as soon as I should have, but here we go. So many people had expressed the importance of having a wedding planner/coordinator for your big day, even if it’s only for just that day. We decided that somewhere in between full planning and a day-of coordinator would be perfect for us, since we were planning from clear across the country, had secured our vendors, and I had a particular vision in mind since I was a little girl. All in all, we cannot thank Cassie enough. Her passion and talent for what she does is so evident from the very first exchange. Her calm, collected, thoughtfully-detailed, and creative approach kept me calm amidst the chaos of planning a wedding from across the country, while my fiancé was all around. It was so easy to bounce ideas off of her and have honest, realistic feedback delivered in such a manner it was as if she was in my head. Planning a wedding is certainly difficult when you have such a picture in your head that you have to try to communicate to everyone else, yet Cassie just seemed to get it. Each time I finished chatting with her, I had a smile on my face and sense of peace. Although neither of us (Cassie or myself) had visited our venue, let alone met in person, until a few weeks before the wedding - it never seemed to phase her. And there was the wedding. The day of was perfect. Not once did I feel uncertain in her execution, which ultimately allowed me to truly enjoy the day. We honestly could not have had such a perfect day without her. Moral of the story - if you are in need of an AMAZING wedding planner, please, please, please contact Cassie. She really does make fairytales come true.

When I first contacted Cassie, I was just DONE with wedding planning. Between Pinterest, WeddingWire, the Knot, WedHappy, and friends and family all giving their ideas trying to be helpful, I could no longer see the forest through the trees. My head was spinning. I communicated with a few planners, however most of them wanted to take over the planning entirely, when I had actually done a big majority of the work already and their pricing wasn’t reasonable. From first email, Cassie was efficient and professional. She appreciated my hectic schedule and worked with me to find a time to meet. During our first appointment, I spent around two hours with her discussing my vision for our wedding and what I was hoping to accomplish. She had an extensive checklist and helped me to wrap my head around everything. She offered guidance when I was stuck and offered expert opinions when I asked for her advice. She never made me feel uncomfortable, judged, or that I was making the wrong decision. What I wanted was what she wanted and she was fully supportive! In the following days after our meeting, I found and booked the remaining vendors we needed. She gave excellent advice and was truly a breath of fresh air. She assisted in helping me to hear my own voice and sort out what my fiance and I wanted versus what everyone else wanted for us. Now I am excited about wedding planning again, and I’m no longer dreading it. My fiance even said this is the first time he’s seen me smile for wedding planning in a while. The absolute best decision we made was to hire Cassie. Our reception venue was one of those places where nothing was included, and she miraculously handled setup and cleanup in less than 24 hours (and also set up and took down a dozen chairs at the ceremony site on the water, quite far from the parking lot – I still don’t know how she had time to squeeze that in). She also met with us twice before the wedding, and the questions she asked were critical in helping me figure out the extent of my to do list, as well as the things that weren't that important. Knowing that we (and our parents) could rely on Cassie made a world of difference to everyone involved – and, in addition to being thorough and organized, she was friendly, thoughtful, and lots of fun to be around. I just wished we lived in the same place so we could be friends in real life!

Our wedding day was exactly how we’d always imagined—stress-free and fun for ourselves and for our guests—thanks to her incredible behind the scenes work.
